After working with 100's of clients, something that I have come to realise is that every person is so unique, and I love that. We all crave to be supported and held in different ways. So it only makes sense that my coaching containers and the way I hold women through deep transformation reflects that. 

My coaching style is unique with my hybrid blend of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Cognitive behavioural Therapy, Psychotherapy & Tantra, as well as my gifts as a healer. 

I will admit, my way of healing and transformation isn't for everyone. My teachings are deep, they're going to make you feel uncomfortable. You are going to dive into all of the emotions and traumas you've been hiding for quite some time. Inside my containers, everything you have been suppressing will be invited to bubble up to the surface in order for you to feel it. But I will be with you every step of the way.

By going deep together, I know you'll be able to heal your relationship with your feminine & masculine energies. You will step out of numbness and invite more pleasure & play into your life. You will let go of control and invite more trust and creativity into your life. You'll unlock your full creativity and uncover your life's purpose. And most importantly repair and replenish your relationship with yourself. As self love is THE most important love of all.
