  • WHAT IS RTT?
    Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)© is a new revolutionary method of therapy developed by Marisa Peer that enables you to access your subconscious mind to find the true root cause of your issue. It is a scientific hybrid therapy which incorporates the most effective components of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychotherapy. The issues it can cure are endless, for example it could be infertility, painful periods, relationship blocks, sexual trauma, weight loss, to anxiety, fears and phobias.
  • WHY IS HYPNOTHERAPY IMPORTANT FOR HEALING?
    From the ages of 0 – 7 we are in a constant state of hypnosis, meaning our brains as a child are like sponges soaking in all the good & also all the bad. When we are living in this constant theta state, quite like a computer we download programs from our environment based on how we should act, react and exist in the society. Chances are if you have a block around money, or can’t attract a loving partner, or you don’t feel safe in your own body, that you actually learnt this in childhood that these things weren’t available to you. So if you have a block, going back to the subconscious (theta state( where the belief or habit is stored is by far the quickest and easiest ways to heal and move past your blocks.
  • WHAT IS TRAUMA?
    Trauma isn’t the actual event itself, but rather how you perceive yourself afterwards is what creates trauma in the body.
    You could have two siblings raised in the same house and experience the same violence but they may grow up and move out of home and be 2 completely different people with different issues (or none at all). It’s important to note as well that we can not go through life without experiencing trauma, it’s just a way of life. However, by no means is it a life sentence. As a child (even inside the womb) because we are so suggestible we take anything literally and it can stay with us our whole lives until we reprogram it.
  • WHAT IF I DON’T REMEMBER MY CHILDHOOD?
    This is actually very common. If we were faced with intense traumatic events, your conscious mind will choose to block these memories out. I’ve had clients go back to being in the womb, 2 weeks old to 3 years old where they’ve uncovered scenes of there childhood that is like a big missing puzzle piece why they are the way they are. No matter how intense or disturbing the scene is, each client has always left the session feeling empowered and strong knowing that they are in the driver seat of their own life now. Remember our conscious mind forgets, but our subconscious never lets go of the memories no matter how young we are.

Back in 2018 I had this overwhelming feeling that I had to find my true purpose. At the time I was a Wedding & Events Manager for an international brand, and I enjoyed my career but I knew that I had magic within me that I needed to share with the world but didn’t know how. I found RTT when I was listening to one of my favourite podcasts and in true generator fashion as soon as I heard about this healing modality I was lit up from my very core. Straight away I signed up and started my studies and the rest is history. Having graduated in the middle of a pandemic in June 2020, it only felt right that I dive head first into RTT full time and in my first year of business I saw over 100 clients which each of them received incredible transformation and I am forever grateful.

My work as an RTT Practitioner is so important because I am healing the trapped trauma in my clients mind, body & soul. Trauma when not dealt with can manifest as a physical illness, emotional pain or mental blocks. And remember, trauma doesn’t have to be a huge life changing event of abuse although I’m not taking any light away from the victims who have gone through that. Trauma can be your favourite toy being taken away from you, your friend in primary school saying they don’t want to be friend anymore, your parents forgetting to pick you up from school. Because it’s not the event itself that gives you the trauma, it’s the belief you formed about yourself that day that does. And more importantly, the limiting beliefs that stop you from being your true self.


We can not go through life without having trauma. We are here on this earth to feel all the emotions. And my beautiful friends, that only way to break the trauma cycle in the body and the mind is to relive it. RTT takes you back to these scenes not because we want you to feel the pain again, but because we want you to release it. To understand that this isn’t you, you are not a helpless child any more and those beliefs no longer serve you.

FAQ’S

Within my containers a standard RTT session usually lasts for 2 hours. I do advise to block out 3 hours though as I don’t finish a session based on time, I finish when the client feels free’d from the particular trauma we are working through.

No, at this point in time I only offer sessions within my 3 – 6+ month containers.

Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!

The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working. I promise.

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal – you’ll be OK.

No! That’s an old wive’s tale. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (I’ve had clients who had to stop to pee before!). If our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:

Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.

Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

  1. First we will do a quick grounding meditation together to get us both is the right state of mind.
  2. Once we are ready, I will put you into hypnosis. It just feels like a really deep meditation, you are awake and aware just very calm. Here we are able to tap into the subconscious, this is where we store every single memory of our lives. 
  3. Then I will take you back to 3 – 4 scenes that have to do with the reason why you have this issue. You aren’t re-living anything, it’s simply like you are watching the memory on the TV.
  4. Whilst you are still hypnotised we will review the scenes together
  5. Finally I will record a 15 – 20 minute personalised voice tape which you will listen to for the next 21 days to reprogram your subconscious.
