The desires that maybe you keep to yourself, too shy to share with the world because of what they might think. The desires that seem so big that they scare you. The desires that push you to your edges. They are there for you to create them into your reality. Desires aren’t random and they are certainly not meant to go unnoticed and pushed to the side. Within our deepest desires holds the key to what we are here to do, create and be in this world. By following our desires we unlock another part of our unapologetic truth. Your desires are a gift. They are lighting the way back to your truth. And what happens when you don’t follow your desire? It doesn’t just disappear. It will keep popping it’s head, reminding you of the very thing you crave. Not following your desire may lead to frustration or jealousy (I’ve felt it myself). Because it’s your desire. The minute you claim your desire, speak it aloud…… EVERYTHING starts to shift. The more you align your life to fit the energetic match of your desire, that’s when you can collapse time and magnetise it in. Never ignore your desire. It’s a gift. It’s your gift. The minute I realised this, my whole world changed The minute I realised this, my whole world changed 🤯 I want to tell you a story of how I made this connection…. I didn’t realise how strong this wound was but I was SO avoidant with money. 💵 I never checked my bank, every time I swiped my card I just prayed that there was money in there. 💸 Paying bills was like getting a Brazilian, it was painful and I just wanted it to be over ASAP. 💰I made sure everything was on auto pilot so I never had to look at my own money. 💃🏻 Then I looked at the relationship with myself. Similarly I was avoiding my pain, just bypassing my emotions to make it seem like I was fine. Filling my time with anything I could to AVOID the true depths of my hurt thinking that if I just ignored them they would go away. And you guessed it, I was also avoidant in my relationships. Not speaking my desires or truth. Avoiding fights or arguments. In fact, any time we would fight I would completely shut down to a point where no words would even come out. It was the same with Sex, friendships and my career. My life was just about avoiding anything that seemed hard and painful. Just hoping I could cruise by without effecting my nervous system. But the true magic happened in my life when I faced and embodied my shadows and deepest wounds. I invite you to look at your attachment style. Because most likely (like me) this plays out in every area of your life. Not just your romantic relationships. By bringing awareness to these parts of ourselves we can begin to finally heal. Beauty, if you have experienced trauma in your lif Beauty, if you have experienced trauma in your life whether that be emotional, physical or sexual. I want you to know this one thing. 🥀 It is NOT a life sentence & it CAN be healed. That’s not to say the process won’t be hard but for you to become embodied again, we have to go into the deepest shadows of our pain. Not for the sake of reliving it but rather for you to feel the feelings that were suppressed or switched off so they can complete the trauma cycle. Of course men and women across this globe are living outside of their bodies. It’s bloody difficult to feel safe within, if you have so much unprocessed trauma living within your fascia. 🥀 But once you get through the pain, pleasure is on the other side. I know this to be true because I see it in my clie I know this to be true because I see it in my clients & I see it within me. I thought I had to be the “good girl”, the one that was always nice and polite. God forbid I show anger or be an “angry person”. But the truth is, emotions are just emotions. Being happy isn’t better than being sad. They are just two seperate emotions that both equally need to be felt. Quite like the sun and the moon. We don’t curse the moon every time the sun sets. We love and honour both, as they each posses a magic within them that we couldn’t live without. The next time you feel anger, sadness or frustration boil up to the surface I just invite you to take yourself into a space that’s private. This could be your bedroom or car! And let these emotions out, through sound, breathe and movement. For anger it might look like bashing a pillow or screaming on the tops of your lungs. For sadness, you could curl up into the fetal position and cry your heart out babe. Goddess, I want to give you this reminder before w Goddess, I want to give you this reminder before we enter our juicy weekends. You are already whole. You are not broken. Not one bit. The reason you might be feeling empty or like something is missing in your life, is simply because your soul is yearning for you to have a deeper connection to your feminine. A deeper connection to your unapologetic truth. For you to share every part of yourself, even the shadow aspects. You are already whole. You are already complete. All this work is, is a remembering into who you really are, who you were born to be. Underneath all the layers of societal programs. At the end of the day, I complete me as I am already whole. The relationships in my life are simply the cherry on top. As the relationship with self is the most important, always.
